Digital Marketing Agency Team

Head of Performance

Reporting to the Fulfilment Director, the Head of Performance is responsible for the day to day management of the Performance Advertising team. 

The team is responsible for the set-up, optimisation and analysis of paid media campaigns for Harper Digital’s clients. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • Pinterest Ads
  • Programmatic Ads
  • YouTube Ads

The performance team is also responsible for pre-sales strategy and recommendations to assist with pitching to potential new clients. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the distribution of work between the campaign specialists
  • Ensuring adherence to deadlines and SLAs
  • Overseeing the development of in depth product knowledge within the team
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards, attention to detail and best practice campaign setups
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with our platform suppliers
  • Assisting with support escalations and complex troubleshooting
  • Collaborating with the Sales Director on pipeline and capacity planning
  • Working closely with the Client Success Manager and account management team to maximise client retention and growth.
  • Collaborating with the Fulfilment Director on product direction and strategic initiatives
  • Monitoring and reporting on team performance against KPIs

About You

  • Demonstrated leadership ability, managing high-performing technical teams
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Advanced knowledge of the Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
  • Experience with programmatic media buying a plus
  • Exemplary analytical skills and commercial acumen

Digital Campaign Specialist

As a Campaign Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for the set-up, optimisation & analysis of Digital Marketing campaigns for Harper Digital’s clients. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Google Search Campaigns
  • Display Campaigns
  • Performance Max
  • YouTube Campaigns
  • Meta Ads Campaigns
  • LinkedIn Campaigns

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting up new advertising campaigns
  • Google Analytics configuration
  • Conversion tracking setup
  • Managing and optimising running campaigns
  • Documenting campaign changes
  • Analysing and reporting on campaign performance
  • Ensuring adherence to deadlines and SLAs

About You

  • Knowledge of core marketing principles
  • Understanding of key principles of PPC campaigns
  • High standard of written and verbal English
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve
  • Excellent time management and task prioritisation skills
  • Desire to learn and grow with a quickly expanding company
  • Experience in setting up and running Google Ads/Facebook campaigns a plus
  • Google &/or Facebook qualifications a plus

Digital Account Manager

As a Digital Account Manager you will  be  responsible for the retention & growth of your portfolio of Harper Digital’s clients. Understanding your clients goals and helping them achieve success online and developing professional relationships with your client base to be their trusted digital marketing expert. Your clients will rely on your proactive recommendations and the support from Harper Digital. Coordination with internal and external teams is essential to deliver the suite of digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with existing Harper Digital Clients and review their current Digital marketing strategies . Identify their challenges, goals and recommend strategies in collaboration with the Harper Digital Team.
  • Recommend and implement appropriate budget increases and cross-sells into existing clients in line with your business plan. 
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
  • Schedule regular strategy meetings (in person or online)
  • Presenting key insights and recommending solutions within the Harper Product Suite.
  • Analysing monthly performance metrics. Benchmarking against client goals.
  • You will be the key contact for campaign changes and client requested updates. 
  • Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop client marketing solutions
