Honestly, I’d strongly advise against working with this company—especially with Nick and Philip. My experience with them was incredibly disappointing, and I feel like I’ve been completely scammed.They promised significant growth for my business through their digital marketing services, which sounded great initially. But after signing up, I spent $6,000 over two months and didn’t even get a single customer from their campaigns. When I had another company check my website for ads and SEO, they pointed out that it wasn’t even set up properly, meaning all the money I’d spent on their campaigns was essentially wasted.When I confronted Philip, the salesperson, he clearly didn’t care—his job was done as soon as I signed the contract. Nick, the account manager, wasn’t any better. Instead of addressing the issue, he suggested pausing the campaign and then asked for more money to fix my website. But seriously, why even launch a campaign if the website wasn’t ready? It’s like admitting they weren’t doing their job in the first place.To make things worse, when I decided to cancel the marketing service, they demanded I pay six months of ad fees as part of the cancellation. It’s outrageous. Instead of refunding me for their poor service, they’re trying to squeeze even more money out of me.It’s been a nightmare dealing with Harper Digital, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same. If they won’t resolve this, I’m fully prepared to take legal action.I also received a call from a Google partner who mentioned that I might be wasting money on Google Ads, as they’re not very effective. They asked who was managing my advertising. To ensure transparency and determine whether this was just sales talk, I engaged another company to review the situation. They ran a report on my website and confirmed that Harper Digital did not manage things properly.Attached is a report provided by another digital marketing agency, which highlights that Harper Digital has not delivered on their commitments. This indicates that I have wasted my investment with them, as the expected outcomes were not achieved.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Edit 5/12 – No Option to Reply to Your ResponseI wanted to follow up as there’s no way to directly respond to your reply. Honestly, it comes across as though your main priority is to get more money from us, despite the lack of professionalism in the marketing service provided. If you believed our website wasn’t ready for Google Ads, why did you run the campaign? It feels like you’re more focused on charging clients than ensuring a good return on investment.Your sales rep told me that running a campaign alongside SEO would grow my business, and I trusted your expertise since I don’t know much about Google campaigns or SEO. Isn’t it your job as a marketing agency to guide us correctly? Instead, the campaign seems to have been wasted because the website wasn’t up to standard – something I only learned after speaking with another agency. It honestly feels like we’ve been taken advantage of.On top of that, why was I charged for six months of ads upfront? It’s not like you’ve delivered a physical product to justify that kind of charge. Your sales rep pressured me to sign quickly but didn’t explain anything about a six-month commitment. Please check with him and confirm whether this was clearly outlined during the proposal.I’ve already emailed and spoken to your account manager, Nick, to cancel, as we’re not seeing any return on investment. Instead of addressing my concerns, he’s pushing for more money to rebuild the website, which he now says isn’t suitable for campaigns or SEO. If that’s the case, why was the campaign started in the first place? It just seems like all you care about is charging fees, regardless of whether it’s effective for your clients.I’m sharing this publicly to give an honest review of the situation and make others aware of what’s happened.

Harper have made a huge mistake with our campaign by directing calls & business to our competitor. They did not even know they have made a mistake. Campaign was run for a few months and I am glad it is discontinued. Asked for a refund and they refuse to pay in full because of their T/Cs of course. Full refund would be right thing to do but they disagree. To all, be careful and check your campaign again and again to make sure your business is not given away to your competitor without your knowledge.

I read the other reviews and question whether I'm reviewing the same company! I can only describe my Harper experience as shambolic! I've deliberated for a few days as to whether to post anything as I know how difficult it is to successfully run a business and ensure you get it right every time, but the service was so far off I felt compelled.I won't be too verbose about this, so suffice to say the digital marketing campaign was pathetic and produced zero results over 2 months, but the clincher was the website. I was told, quite rightly that the website we 'd launched my new company with wasn't up to standard. It was an interim move and cost $350!For $3,750 paid upfront to Harper I would get a standout result that would reflect everything I wanted to say about my business and more! What I got after waiting over 3 months was an embarrassment. It was appalling and a competitor of Harpers I showed it to described the design as from the 'Stone Age', maybe acceptable in 2000, but not 2021!!We agreed a parting of ways for which I received a $2000 rebate, leaving my total outlay at just under $8000 ($6000 for the digital campaign), for zero return!

Thanks Adrian and Matt, and the rest of the team, for sorting my business marketing out so quickly, smoothly and professionally already seeing great results and I am really happy. We are already in a much better pace with incoming calls, bookings, vouchers and we have only just started! On top of that, its improving our business image and branding. Def will be recommending!
